The in-depth course Drivers in Teams deepens your expertise from individual profiles to team and organizational dynamics. You'll learn how drives together shape culture, cooperation and performance — and how to intervene in a targeted manner.
This course is intended for certified professionals who want to increase their impact by assisting teams more effectively in change and development.
You develop the ability to quickly recognize patterns in teams, make differences productive and have a conversation about what's really going on. In addition, you will work with concrete analysis methods and practical methods that you can immediately use in your own practice.
What do I learn during this course
You delve into analyzing and supervising teams based on motives. You will learn how individual profiles together form team culture and how to reveal patterns that enhance or hinder performance.
Afterwards, you can guide teams from a substantiated insight into what gets people and groups moving.
During the course, you will develop the ability to:
- Making multi-faceted team analyses, including strengths, pitfalls and interrelationships
- Identifying culture and collaboration based on group profiles

From individual to team
Day 1
After this day, you will look at teams with different eyes. You understand how individual motives together form a group dynamic and which patterns thus become visible in cooperation, decision-making and communication.
You learn how to work with group profiles and get acquainted with a practical way to analyse them. In doing so, you develop a sense of the difference between what you see on the surface and what's going on in the team.
At the end of the day, you can name the first insights from a team profile and you will be prepared to further deepen and apply them in day 2.
From analysis to team practice
Day 2
After this day, you can translate a group profile into concrete behavior and team culture. You recognize patterns in cooperation, see where distortions occur, and understand which dynamics enhance or, on the contrary, hamper performance.
You learn how to work with in-depth analysis methods, mutual perceptions and matching profiles. You will also be introduced to tools to professionally guide teams, such as frequency analyses and conducting a targeted intake.
At the end of the day, you will be able to make substantiated statements about what a team needs to function more effectively and you will be prepared for completion and assessment in day 3.
Preparation
In order to be able to delve quickly during the course, we ask you to familiarize yourself with a few tools and basic concepts beforehand.
You will receive the syllabus in time. By reviewing the first chapters, you start with a shared foundation and can more quickly translate into teams, culture and practice during the training days.
In addition, you will get acquainted with the online analysis environment beforehand, which will teach you how team profiles are structured and what information you can read about composition, patterns and dynamics. This way, you can start the course with more overview and confidence.
Participants who do this preparation experience more rest and learning efficiency during the training.
Materials
During the course, you will work with a digital syllabus and get access to the online analysis environment. This allows you to practice reading team profiles, recognizing patterns and substantiating your advice.
The materials support you to translate insights directly into team coaching practice.
Certification and licensing
After successfully completing the course, you will receive the certificate and you can start using the method as a licensee.
You get access to your own online work environment where you can use analyses, generate reports and make use of the available professional applications. You also get access to the toolbox that supports you in your work.
To get you off to a good start, we'll guide you with an online start-up session where you'll learn how to work with the platform and tools. In addition, you can count on support with substantive, administrative and technical questions.
Consultants working independently receive additional analysis codes to gain immediate experience in their own network after the training.

Who is this course for?
This course is intended for certified professionals who want to expand their work from individual guidance to team and organizational levels. You have experience in analyzing and discussing personal profiles and want to learn how this affects group dynamics.
What is the difference with the basic certification?
In the basic training, you will learn how to work with individual profiles. In this in-depth course, the focus shifts to teams: how drives together form culture, how patterns are created and how you can intervene in a targeted manner.
What can I do independently afterwards?
After completion, you can analyse team profiles, make connections between people, roles and performance, and make informed choices for interventions. You are able to professionally guide teams in the conversation about cooperation and effectiveness.
Will I be trained as a team coach?
No. The course focuses on understanding and supervising team dynamics from the basis of motives. Team coaching skills can be part of that, but it is not a complete coaching course.
How practical is the course?
You work intensively with cases, your own examples and concrete instruments (such as frequency analyses, SPIN and the TeamCanvas). The emphasis is on applying in situations that you encounter in your own work.
How do I prepare?
Beforehand, we ask you to review a few components and become familiar with the online analysis environment. This allows you to deepen more quickly and practice more actively during the training days.
What does the exam look like?
The exam tests whether you can analyse, interpret and translate a team profile into appropriate interventions. During the course, you will practice these skills extensively.
Can I use this directly with my customers or organization?
Yes. Many participants already apply insights and tools between training days. After completion, you can work independently with teams.
Will I receive support after the training?
