To put our tools into practice, we work with certified Profile Dynamics consultants. Depending on your question, we choose a tool or a selection of tools. Our consultants help you translate the results into practice. In this way, you get to work with drives in a meaningful and practical way.
I want to become a consultant
Would you like to work with drives as a consultant yourself? You can. You can get certified to work with individual applications (basic certification) and supplement this with team and organizational work.
Organizations can also have their own people trained to work with drives within the company.
Our training programmes
I. Basic - Certification
In this foundational training, you explore the drivers and their underlying theory, learn how our method works, and discover how to apply it in practice. The training can be followed on-site at our office or online via our e-learning programme, enabling you to learn at your own pace and at a time that suits you.
II. Advanced – Drives in Teams
In the Drives in Teams training, you explore how drivers shape team dynamics and how to apply this insight in practice. The training is offered on-site in Almere only and concludes with an exam on the final day. Access to the Dataviewer Teams software is included.
