Certification Basics
After this basic training you will be able to coach people individually on the basis of their personal drives. There is a 3-day on-site training in Almere, but you can also follow this training online.
You can choose from two variants, depending on your learning style and preference:
1. The 3-day on-site training
During three intensive training days in Almere you will work together with other participants under the guidance of an experienced trainer. You will have time and space to explore the theory in depth, ask questions and practice with practical cases. The exam takes place on the third day. This option is ideal for those who like to learn in a classroom setting and value interaction. Then, in a separate online start-up session, it will be explained how to use the Profile Dynamics® products and tools.
2. The online training (e-learning + live sessions).
Would you rather study flexibly, at your own pace and from your own environment? Then the online training option is perfect for you. You start with an e-learning module, followed by two live online training sessions via Teams- including a practical exam. Also with the online training, you will be explained how to use the Profile Dynamics® products and tools in a separate online start-up session. This option offers maximum flexibility, with the same quality of content as the classroom.
Once you have completed the training, you will receive an official certificate from Profile Dynamics and you can start using our tools.
Foundational training & certification
Three-day on-site certification programme
The three-day foundational certification offers in-depth insight into the colours, drivers and their underlying theory. Through practical case examples, you learn how to apply the method effectively across a variety of organisational settings. The programme includes extensive hands-on practice in interpreting and presenting analyses, as well as interactive exchange with fellow participants.
Online certification with e-learning
In the e-learning track, you complete the modules independently. The concluding online training and examination sessions focus on discussing profiles in personal conversations and on making connections.
While the pace of these sessions is higher than in the three-day training, the key advantage is that you can work at your own time and pace.

- Graves’ theory of human motivation
- The seven systems in action
- The role of drives in organisations
- The Profile Dynamics methodology
- Interpreting and providing feedback on individual profiles

- A personal analysis including a comprehensive report
- Pre-trainer access code for the three-day programme or e-learning module
- Three practice access codes
- Learning materials
- Proof of certification
In addition, independent consultants receive five free login codes that can be used freely for business development
Certification and licence
After successful completion of the programme, you enter into a licence agreement and gain access to your own Profile Dynamics web environment. This enables you to purchase analyses, view results and print reports 24/7. Licence holders also have access to the Profile Dynamics toolbox. The licence comes with no additional costs.
Getting started with Profile Dynamics
To help you get started, we offer an online onboarding session as part of our services, providing practical guidance on working with Profile Dynamics products.
You will also receive training in working with the tools, including the app.
Ongoing support
Licence holders benefit from excellent support for administrative, content-related and technical questions. Our service is highly valued by both clients and consultants.

Bundle & save
The foundational training / certification (on-site or online) can be combined with the three-day advanced training Drives in Teams. In this programme, you learn to analyse team profiles, including strengths, pitfalls, relationships, task alignment, management and organisational culture, and to recognise patterns typical of team compositions.
Upon completion, you gain access to the Dataviewer software, which allows you to create group profiles and explore the effects of role changes on team and organisational culture.
