In-depth training for certified consultants
For consultants who want to go in-depth with teams, we offer the in-depth course Drivers in Teams. In addition to the technical analysis of group profiles, this also covers group dynamics in the full range. You will learn:
- Versatile analyses to be made based on team profiles (team strengths and pitfalls, relationships, alignment with tasks, management and team culture)
- Understanding patterns that characterize team combinations
- Working with the specially developed software that allows you to interactively understand team dynamics and see the effects of team changes on culture.
After completing this course, you will be able to guide groups and teams based on value-driven thinking.
N.B.: although some aspects of team coaching are covered sideways, it is not a team coach training!
Program
Day 1 - Team Cultures
On this first day, using a team development model that is commonly used in practice, we will look at how this can be combined with the Profile Dynamics® profiles.
You will learn what patterns team development processes follow and what you can do with motives to support the team process. How do you teach team members to (h) recognize each other's talents and to work better together?
Day 2 and 3 - Team Dynamics
On these days, practical cases will be discussed how to control and influence the group process with various instruments. With an eye for your own motives, those of the group and mutual perceptions. How and where do you start? How do you communicate and motivate based on motives?
What resources do we have for this? What effects can you expect and how do you deal with them? What are do's and don'ts? In short, how do you improve team performance by working with motives?
In this block, we also discuss leadership styles, connecting the team with role and task, and always link each component to the Profile Dynamics® group profiles.
Practical information
The Dynamics in Teams course lasts 3 days.
You will be asked to prepare before each training day, take into account 3 hours of preparation time per training day.
You take an exam at the end of the course.
