Tips for answering the questions
There are no right or wrong answers. Try to respond quickly and intuitively, and make clear choices. Completing the assessment takes approximately 20 minutes. We recommend taking the drivers assessment at a quiet moment of the day, in an environment without distractions.

After the final question, the assessment closes automatically and your responses are processed. A certified consultant will then contact you to walk you through the results.

I’ve changed roles — do I need to take a new assessment?
For most people, changing roles does not make a major difference. In a new environment, certain emphases may shift slightly as different aspects of your personality are called upon. Overall, profiles remain relatively stable over time, although major life events can have a greater impact. If in doubt, you can choose to take the assessment again.
Complete the questionnaire
The questions don't apply exactly to my situation; is that a bad thing?
That's not a bad thing. Try to imagine how you would react to the given situations. Your feelings and intuition about this are more important than whether the question exactly matches your situation.
I filled out the questionnaire incorrectly. Can I get a new code?
For a good and reliable result, it is important that you answer the questions as intuitively as possible, but take sufficient time to do it carefully.
In principle, the analysis cannot be completed again and you cannot scroll back in the questionnaire. If you are really wrong, please contact your consultant.
In the event of deliberately incorrect awarding of points, the result will be deemed invalid and you or your employer can purchase a new code.
I canceled the questionnaire halfway. Do I have to start again now?
No, you don't have to. The questionnaire can be completed in stages. After the interruption, filling in can be resumed at a later time by restarting the questionnaire. This then opens when asked where you left off.
I can't get further than question 1
For each question, a fixed number of points must be spread over different statements. If you don't get further than question 1, you may not have awarded exactly the right number of points, but too many or too few. Therefore, follow the instructions carefully.
My login code doesn't work
- Check the code. A correct code consists of a letter combination followed by a —dash and 4 digits e.g. JskFiwkk-1234. Attention!
The entire code must be entered, even if there is a space in the middle of the code. - Please note that if you copy the code, do not include a space before or after the code. Due to the extra space, the code is not recognized.
- A third possibility is that the firewall of the organization where you work blocks the code. The easiest solution is to use another PC with internet, for example at home.
- If the options mentioned above do not work, please contact your consultant.

Training
What is the difference between the 3-day certification and the online course with e-learning?
In the course, you combine an e-learning process, which you can follow at your own time and pace, with a one-day course. This provides you with a basis for working with Profile Dynamics® as a tool. This option comes at an attractive price.
In the three-day course, there is more room for students' questions, role plays and interaction with the trainer, and students also learn many of each other's questions and comments. In addition, brief attention is paid to training with the Dataviewer software. This software is used for training with teams.
Both courses end with an exam on the last day and, if successful, you can use Profile Dynamics® in your work as a coach/trainer/manager, etc.
Do you need specific prior education to be able to certify?
There are no pre-training requirements for people who want to become certified. However, a level of thinking at an MBO level or higher is recommended. The content background of students (e.g. coaches, trainers, HR managers, directors, organizational advisors and interim managers, etc.) varies considerably. The course is entirely focused on getting to know the Graves motives and the application of Profile Dynamics®. Students can then integrate this knowledge themselves into their own specific field.
