Laying the foundation
Day 1
After this day, you will understand what really drives behavior. You know the theoretical basis of Profile Dynamics and can explain how drivers color perception, communication and collaboration.
You learn to look at people and organizations differently, get a grip on interpreting profiles and know what questions to ask to get to the point. With the help of practice profiles and the checklist, you will take your first steps in analyzing.
At the end of the day, you have a firm frame of reference and are prepared to further apply this in conversations and practice in day 2.
From insight to explanation
Day 2
After this day, you can analyse and discuss a profile in a structured way. You have the right vocabulary to express motives clearly, professionally and positively.
You sharpen your insight by practicing with example profiles, preparing analyses and presenting to the group. You learn to distinguish between main issues and side issues, make connections and become increasingly confident in your own interpretation.
By the end of the day, you'll know how to build a profile conversation and you'll be ready to apply it to realistic real-life situations in day 3.
Apply independently
Day 3
After this day, you will be able to quickly analyze profiles, clarify them and explain them with confidence. You work intensively with a variety of cases and quickly learn to get to the point.
You prepare profile discussions, present them and receive targeted feedback on your style, structure, and substantiation. You also train your ability to arrive at a clear analysis in a short period of time.
At the end of the day, you will be ready for the exam and you can independently guide professionals in understanding their motives and behavior.
Preparation
- To get the most out of the course, we ask you to take a number of preparatory steps beforehand. This allows you to get off to a good start and you can deepen and practice more quickly during the training days.
- Preparation takes a number of hours and consists of an (online) introduction to the method, insight into your own profile and familiarization with the language of motives.
- With this basis, you will not only increase your learning experience, but also your chances of passing the exam.
Specific prior knowledge is not required.
Materials
- During the course, you will work with carefully developed materials that help you quickly master the method and apply it professionally.
- You will receive, among other things, an extensive syllabus, practice profiles and practical tools for analyzing and discussing outcomes. This allows you to train directly in recognizing patterns, formulating your interpretation and having profile conversations.
- The materials support you step by step in your growth from insight to independent application.
Certification and licensing
After successfully completing the course, you will receive the certificate and you can start using the method as a licensee.
You get access to your own online work environment where you can use analyses, generate reports and make use of the available professional applications. You also get access to the toolbox that supports you in your work.
To get you off to a good start, we'll guide you with an online start-up session where you'll learn how to work with the platform and tools. In addition, you can count on support with substantive, administrative and technical questions.
Consultants working independently receive additional analysis codes to gain immediate experience in their own network after the training.
E-learning — flexible and complete
If you opt for the e-learning variant, you will go through the theory independently via well-organized online modules. You set your own pace and study where and when it suits you.
The online training sessions are about application. Together with a trainer, you will practice analyzing and discussing profiles, make connections and receive targeted feedback on your approach. The pace is faster than the classroom course, so active preparation is important.
After completion, you will take the exam and achieve the same certification level as participants in the three-day training.
Study load
Count on approximately 20—30 hours of self-study, supplemented with two four-hour online training sessions and practical assignments.

Who is this course for?

Do I need prior knowledge to participate?
Specific prior knowledge is not necessary. The course is structured in such a way that you are included step by step in the theory and the application. However, we do ask you to go through a few preparatory parts beforehand, so that we can deepen and practice more quickly during the training days.
How much time do I need to reserve for the entire course?
In addition to the 3 training days, we require a few hours of preparation per training day. Think of reviewing the online introduction, studying profiles and getting familiar with the terms. This investment ensures that you get more returns during the course. The average online course is 20-30 hours of self-study.
What is the difference between classroom training and online e-learning?
In terms of content, both routes lead to the same certification level. The difference lies in the form: classroom means learning, practicing and sparring in a group with the direct guidance of a trainer. The e-learning variant offers more flexibility in pace and planning.
What can I immediately apply to my work after the training?
You can analyse, interpret and discuss profiles professionally. You know how drives influence behavior and how to translate this into communication, collaboration and development. Many participants already apply what they have learned between training days.
Can I work independently with the method after the training?

What does the exam look like?
The exam tests whether you are able to clearly analyse and explain a profile, both orally and in writing. During the course, you will practice this extensively, so that you are well prepared for the exam.
