Validation Summary
Over a six-year period (2017-2023), researchers from the University of Groningen conducted research into the Profile Dynamics motivational assessment. This questionnaire was subsequently evaluated by COTAN, the independent committee of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP) that assesses psychometric instruments for validity.
COTAN assesses the questionnaire as reliable, consistent, and stable over time. The quality of the test construction, test materials, and manual is good. The norms are sufficient.
