Setting people in motion to discover new things together (green drive), develop them (yellow drive) and then make them a success (orange drive) is where I get the most satisfaction. Because of the energy I put into my work, I get a lot done (red driving factor). Working with driving factors gives me insight into the way I function as a director and how I can work from my own strengths and qualities to achieve optimal results. Utilizing the potential of and within Profile Dynamics, growing the organization and thus strengthening our position in the field; that is what motivates me from my orange drive.

From my yellow and blue drives, I work rationally, not only with statistical analyses but also with the relationship between language (words) and colors (drives), which requires the necessary blue precision. My work must be future-proof (yellow) and my orange drive ensures that solutions found are also feasible.
